Where is my package?

Our average delivery time for packages is 3-7 business days. We process orders within 48 hours, and after that, you will receive an email with a tracking code, from which you can

track your package precisely! Please wait until the full delivery time has passed before contacting customer service. Thank you.

Where can I find my tracking code?

After your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive your tracking code. It may take about 3 to 5 days for you to receive your tracking information. Please also check your spam folder, as our emails may end up there. Please note that tracking may take a few business days to activate.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order using the tracking number you received via email. Enter the shipment tracking information on our "Track & Trace" page to check the delivery status. You can do this on the following page: Tracking and Tracing.

I am not satisfied with my package.

Please contact us and provide a description of the issue along with photos/videos, and we will assist you as quickly as possible.
